TC Chou

TC Chou is a LEED accredited architect and designer with an extensive portfolio that spans across global commercial and residential projects. Some of his most recent and notable work includes design and planning projects for The Residences at The Ritz-Carlton, Bessemer Trust and many high-profile residences and businesses in Asia and North America.

Mr. Chou oversees every aspect of the design process from initial concept ideation to planning to construction completion. His design signature is a seamless meld of refined cultural constituents with eclectic influences; an elegant union of classic and contemporary, East and West.

How Zan received his undergraduate degree in Architecture in Taipei, Taiwan and later his Master's degree in New York City. By having both Chinese & American education and work experience, How is versed in the complexities of designing for both cultural backgrounds. His projects include dormitory & retail storefronts, high-rise residential towers, office buildings and other mixed-use complexes both domestic & international. The central thread connecting How's diverse portfolio is the concentration of spatial experience and sustainable strategies in architecture and fostering a relationship between designed and occupied spaces.

How is also a licensed architect in New York and New Jersey. He holds a LEED AP certification.

John Jappen

Mr. Jappen is a multi-disciplined Principal Project Director and Architect with broad-based expertise directing high visibility projects that require specialized skills, sensitivity to unique program requirements and knowledge in all aspects of the construction process. He is a “hands on” principal who prides himself on being readily accessible to each and every project throughout its life-cycle.  His diverse expertise spans corporate, commercial, civic, residential, retail, hospitality and educational sectors.


Tonny Sadha

Tonny Started his design career at Birch Coffey Design Associates, where he was involved in a series of high-end residential projects throughout New York as well as the interiors of three luxury cruise ships for Celebrity Cruises. From 1994 until 2005, he worked as a Senior Designer at Brennan Beer Gorman Monk/ Interiors, where he honed his skills and expertise in hospitality design. His very first project with the firm, Sheraton Russell in New York, received two awards for Best Luxury Suites and Best Luxury Bar from Lodging Hospitality Magazine. Tonny is a recipient of the 2009 “Wave of The Future” award, presented by Hospitality Design Magazine to a number of the industry’s rising talent designers who are young enough to be considered visionary, but tested enough to be considered accomplished.


Jenny Chen

Jenny Chen has over a decade of interior design experience, working on high-end interiors projects around the world with a focus on hospitality design. She brings a wealth of experience, expertise, and enthusiasm to all of her work. With her diverse interiors background, she provides creative solutions and original ideas. She has completed many hospitality and residential projects. These include several high-end hotels such as Raffle L’Ermitage Hotel in Beverly Hills, MGM Hotel in Las Vegas, Crest Hotel in Singapore and Pearl Liang Restaurant in Grand Hyatt Taipei and Fiamma, which was the winner of the Gold Key Award for Best Restaurant Design.


Rafael Caceres

Mr. Caceres serves as an Associate Architect with fifteen years of experience in all phases of architectural and conceptual design and planning, from client proposals and marketing,to scoping and feasibility studies, to programming, through project development, contract administration, and construction supervision of many diverse and complex facilities, both in the United States and overseas. 

Among his many accomplishments with contract and residential spaces specializing in restaurants and hospitality are the likes of Hyatt International. MGM Grand, Intercontinental Hotel, the New York City School Construction Authority , Department of Design and Construction, and Dormitory Authority State of New York.

With experience in retail visual merchandising and luxury residential projects, Ms Roth’s interiors are trademarked by her signature balance and harmony. A thorough and thoughtful designer, Ms Roth exudes a fresh and contemporary mindset in her design concepts. Her portfolio boasts many impeccable private residences and commercial offices in New York City, as well as hospitality projects on the West Coast of the United States and in China.
